Vacation Rental Services - 4 hours

Service Description

This service offers a cleaning of the Vacation Rental home, including the exterior front door entrance, exterior windows (ground floor only or balcony access), removal of all trash from property, washing and changing of linens and towels, checking and cleaning kitchen items, disinfecting and emptying of refrigeration and freezer, all drains are treated for mold, changing or vacuuming of AC filter and cleaning of exterior entertainment spaces including BBQ grills. Images of before and after are offered to client as well as a check of all windows and doors to ensure they are locked and secure. Client is also made aware of any Property issues. We also offer Super Host opportunities that include a welcoming set up for guest, replenishing toilet paper, paper towels, basic seasonings, coffee set up, laundry / hand and dish soaps, and basic toiletries. Additional fees are associated with this extension of service. 4 hour minimum to Book is required. additional super host services and larger spaces may require additional cost and or hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
