This Service is customizable based on the clients needs to include any of the above services not one. We offer removal of clutter in the form of donation, haul away, and estate liquidation sale. Followed by a deep cleaning if desired and again if requested a design of repurposing items to design a new living space or prepare the estate to be listed by working with the realtor with inexpensive ideas that would make the state attractive for market buyers. A flat daily rate is applied per a staff member for services as well as dump trailer use. The profits obtains from sales shown in the invoice. An Electronic agreement is required prior to beginning services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
