We Assist in the removal and liquidation of items as well as preparing homes for listing or move in.
Our Services are complete and all inclusive. We offer an on site Notary to produce "Bill of Sale" for larger Sales during the liquidation as well as a complete Inventory of all items.
The Home is prepared for Listing by performing a Deep Clean, and if a new home is is part of the process, this home can also receive a deep clean in preparation of your arrival.
