Service Description

Deep Cleaning Service, $30 an hour per a tech. Average 12-16 hours “Deep Cleaning Service” is defined as a corrective, detail-intensive cleaning service intended for residential properties exhibiting buildup, residue, deferred maintenance conditions, or turnover preparation needs. Deep Cleaning requires expanded labor, extended service time, and increased material usage beyond Routine Cleaning standards. Deep Cleaning is commonly selected for properties requiring condition correction and preparation, including but not limited to: pre-listing preparation, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, occupancy transition, and initial service for properties that have not been maintained on a recurring professional cleaning schedule. Deep Cleaning includes detailed cleaning tasks not typically included within Routine Cleaning services and may include, without limitation: Interior and exterior cleaning of cabinets and drawers throughout the property Interior and exterior appliance cleaning Cleaning of accessible areas under and behind appliances where flooring type and safe access permit movement Wet washing methods in place of dry dusting where appropriate Detailed cleaning of fans, vents, doors, and door frames Detailed baseboard cleaning where exposed and accessible Light fixture cleaning (reachable with standard step stool only) Spot cleaning of walls where surface condition permits Detailed hand-wipe of accessible surfaces Edge, corner, and buildup removal work Additional detail areas requiring extended time and materials All work is limited to safely reachable areas using standard equipment. Ladder work, specialty restoration, hazardous conditions, or surface-sensitive cleaning is excluded unless separately approved in writing. Standard floor care under Deep Cleaning utilizes traditional housekeeping methods limited to vacuuming and mopping. Steam cleaning or specialty floor treatments are not included and may be provided only as an add-on service at additional cost upon Client request and Company approval. Client acknowledges that Deep Cleaning addresses buildup and soil conditions but does not constitute restoration, refinishing, or repair. Results may vary based on surface type, age, staining, and prior maintenance. Company does not guarantee removal of permanent staining, discoloration, or damage revealed during cleaning.Billing and technician compensation time shall be calculated in accordance with principal activity standards under the Fair Labor Standards.
