Service Description

Service to allow for Cleaning of residency or business to catch up on all areas of the space to become easier to maintain moving forward. 2 staff members are booked for a full 8 hour day. This service provided a top to bottom opportunity, from fans and ceiling fixtures, to baseboards and behind as many obtainable furniture items as possible to move. Focusing on removing stains from water build up and other life resides. Reaching realistic expectations. Meaning if the space requires haul away and clutter removal please see "Estate Clutter and Deep Cleaning" services. It is recommended that the client list the areas of priority for the staff to address in that order to ensure those areas are performed first. Supplies are provided. An Electronic Agreement is required approval prior to services performed. A Deep Cleaning Supply Fee will also reflect on the invoice Totaling $35. If you do not require all 8 hour from both members then the invoice will reflect only the hours used , cost is $30 per an hour per. staff member, with a 4 hour minimum total between the staff . ($120).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
