This is a service that is offered to home owners that need property management and minor repairs, including but not limited to painting, removal and replacing caulking, minor plumbing, installing fixtures, meeting with repair personal, Landscaping, pressure washing and or, exterior windows.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
