To Schedule contact 561-262-5146 directly. Our Open House Set Up services begin at $100 plus options of snack bar. This service offers opening of the home, general cleaning is performed. Display is put into place with your choice of "Snack Bar" items, including the option of our popular "Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie" bar. Curb signs are also put into place for you, to advertise the Open house. We do recommend that the space be evaluated prior to an Open House to determine if an estate preparation, an Extreme Clean or, Deep / Moving Cleaning is needed. *Estate Preparation, allows us to work closely with you to determine the areas that need improvement in order to increase profits when listing and or showing. Painting, Curb appeal, replacement of fixtures and other minor non-struct related task. *A Deep / Moving cleaning is performed to a home addressing baseboards, furniture if applicable, decor / decorative ledges, appliances, beneath and behind appliances, drains are treated for odors, ac vents, filter, and intake are cleaned, walls, bathroom grout by hand, removal of calcium rust and other build up on tiles, brighten or stain removal of ceramic or porcelain items, stainless steel and granite polish, Inside and out of all cabinets throughout the home, interior window with exterior ground floor windows as well as the general cleaning items. * Extreme cleanings are designed during consult. These are determined based on the amount of bulk that requires haul-away, fumigation and or biohazard gear.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
