Routine Cleaning

Service Description

$30 an hour per a staff member / 4 hour minimum service to a residency or business, general maintenance cleaning. Does not include deep cleaning definition. see deep cleaning for clarity. this is a service recommended to maintain a space once a deep cleaning is performed to keep a space clean, the recommended time quoted and frequency allots for items included in deep cleaning to be performed also routinely to prevent the space from falling behind. An Electronic approval agreement is required prior to launch of service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
