Service Description

1. Service Classification – Routine Cleaning “Routine Cleaning” is defined as standard residential housekeeping services performed using customary cleaning methods and tools. Routine Cleaning includes general surface cleaning, wipe-down of accessible areas, general dusting, and floor care limited to vacuuming and mopping. Routine Cleaning does not include deep cleaning, restoration, specialty treatments, hazardous material handling, high-reach cleaning, heavy buildup removal, or specialty services unless separately authorized in writing. 2. Hourly Rate Routine Cleaning services are billed at a rate of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per hour, per technician assigned to the project. 3. Minimum Service Requirement A four (4) hour minimum service charge per technician applies to all Routine Cleaning appointments. The minimum charge per technician is One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00). 4. Early Completion If Routine Cleaning services are completed in less than four (4) hours and the Client has not requested additional approved tasks beyond the Routine Cleaning scope prior to or during the appointment in writing, the assigned technician(s) may conclude services and depart. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the full four (4) hour minimum charge per technician will still apply. 5. Time in Excess of Minimum All time worked beyond the four (4) hour minimum will be billed in additional increments at the stated hourly rate of $30.00 per hour, per technician. 6. Billable Time – Principal Activities For purposes of billing and compensation, service time is calculated based on principal activities and compensable work time standards following the Billable time begins when the technician arrives at the service location and ends upon technician departure. Billable time includes, without limitation: Arrival and on-site preparation Unloading and staging equipment and materials Setup and job preparation activities Packing and reloading equipment and materials Required cleanup of service tools and work areas Time spent waiting for access, gate entry, security clearance, or client/property entry Time delayed due to access restrictions within developments or properties 7. Client Acknowledgment By accepting service, Client acknowledges the Routine Cleaning scope limitations, hourly rate, four (4) hour minimum requirement, and billable time standards described herein, and agrees that such terms are reasonable and enforceable under FLSA (FL Federal Fair Labor Standards Act)
