Client is responsible for ensuring active and functional water and electrical service at the property at the time of service. Company is not responsible for delays, reduced scope, or rescheduling caused by unavailable utilities. Billable time continues to apply where technicians are on site but utilities are unavailable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that occur within the 72 hours of booking date can be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
